Scream Rehearsal, 2024

A coffee morning and public talk about a series of breath-activated sculptures designed to mimic the call of the Common Swift (Apus apus), the worlds most airborne bird. The project was explained to local residents as well as a tutorial on how to use the artwork to attract Swifts. A rehearsal was held underneath purpose built Swift boxes.

Scream Rehearsal is part of The Screaming Stones of Stokkøya was made in collaboration with Georgia Gendall, Eleanor Turnbull and Millie Earthy
